Jordan Stewart’s Back to Zero is a detective story for cosmonauts, archaeologists and astrologers. Two disillusioned detectives race against the clock to solve a homicide in their city, as their own personal lives come into focus and unravel. As these patrons of a 24-hour city diner attempt to survive a nightscape of mind-bending games and intrigue, the sense of something bigger attempts to engulf them all. To make matters worse, out on the street corner, some kids keep creating really bad performance art.
